    Large 4". Issued to promote "St. John's" toothpaste whose name appears on Ali's waist band. To the right of the Ali photo image is a cartoon villain with various tools. Ali looks at him and says "Hey Kids! Our Next Big Fight's Mr. Toothdecay." There was also a related LP record and album cover with Ali and the same Mr. Toothdecay character. Glossy with superb color. Exc. Scarce.
