    Description

    Antique City of New York Public School Brass Door Knob with Brass Backplate.
    Door knob is mounted with a generic brass backplate (not the original) on a mahogany-stained wood backing that has a sawtooth picture hook on back. Note that the keyhole is not cut out.
    The back plate has a minor dent and scratch on upper left corner (see photo) but is otherwise in good condition.
