Here we have a Large Ceramic or Clay Pottery, Bay Clydesdale or Shire Horse Figurine, Hand Made & Painted, Folk Art Signed HS. 1980
This beauty is huge; standing 8.5" tall (from ears to hoof) and 10.5" long from nose to tail. It is hollow however and weighs in at a more affordable postage rate at 1.65 lbs.

He'll be double boxed in peanuts, so less risk of breakage but more costly due to size of parcel under new USPS rules. Sorry. If there is a difference in the actual postage I'll refund the difference upon his safe arrival if it's lower, and absorb the costs if it's higher.
