This is a large and heavy Ceramic Carousel Horse.
There is a  sticker for Global Studios Cornwall, England.
They are known for their floral decoupaged animal figurines.
The base has a chip. Also, where the horse sits on pegs, there is chipping around the hole.  Please see photos.
