Function:
1) The intake manifold is located between the throttle and the intake valve of the engine, and is connected to the interface of the intake manifold and the engine block, and is installed at the position of the intake manifold port. If the intake manifold interface is broken, it may cause high idle speed, low acceleration, and easy to extinguish when accelerating. Replacing the new intake manifold interface at this point can solve these problems.
Installation steps:
1) To install the intake pipe, you need to remove the carburetor. First remove the seat cushion, loosen the fixing screws of the air filter, and move the air filter to the rear.
2) then you can easily remove the carburetor, and finally remove the intake pipe.
3) Some special models of intake pipe screws may need to be removed with an impact screwdriver.
4) There should be a rubber gasket in the aluminum groove behind the intake pipe. You can put the original one down and replace it with a new one.
5) Do not start immediately after installation, wait until the oil in the oil pipe enters the carburetor and start again.
