This listing is for (1) Genuine Mikuni carburetor needle and e clip for the 1987 Kawasaki KX125 using the factory round slide Mikuni carburetor. This needle may also fit other Kawasaki KX models but the microfiche access is poor on the older years. Check the #'s on your needle.
You will receive one genuine Mikuni # 6DK1-3 needle with clip. These are discontinued from Kawasaki and are not available anywhere else. It took us 7 months to have these made in Japan. These are genuine parts that retailed for over from Kawasaki back when they were available over a decade ago. Original parts should not be confused with cheap Chinese parts that come in all the Shindy, K&L, Moose and especially Keyster carb kits.
Replaces discontinued OEM Kawasaki part #'s: 16009-1340 & 16008-010
Why change the needle? Because most of them are bent and are hurting your performance. While installing the slide assembly into the carburetor you MUST guide the needle into place with your fingers or it will be bent instantly. Once it's bent it's garbage.
