This item ships via motor freight and must be delivered to a commercial address in which someone will be present during daytime business hours(Monday through Friday between 8am & 5pm) to receive/unload the truck.  If someone is not present at all times during daytime business hours to receive/unload the order, the shipping company charges an additional fee for a delivery appointment.   Extra services such as lift gate service, and inside delivery are available at additional charges.
