Hayabusa Billet fuel rail 1999-2007

Description

This is a billet fuel rail for that fit 99-07 Suzuki hayabusa and 01-02 GSXR 1000s with stock or s2000 injectors.
and injector dynamics injectors. They will work with other injectors as well but you need to check your injector dimensions.
They are CNC machined from 6061 t6 aircraft aluminum. These are a must for any turbo application or highly modifed engine. The stock fuel rail cannot supply enough fuel volume that is needed in these applications. The rail bolts directly in place of the stock rail. You will need to change the fuel lines to accommodate the larger diameter openings. It has 3 ports, one on each side and one on the bottom to fit any type of fuel system configuration.  Thread size for ports is 3/8" NPT.  New stainless mounting hardware is included.
If you are using after market injectors you will need to purchase injector spacers additionally. I offer these at .00. You will need to specify type at the time of purchase.

These rails are our NEW design. They are lighter and come black anodize finish. They will fit the same as our other gen one rails.
