Irish Uilleann Pipes in African Blackwood with a 3 Key Chanter
The Chanter is tuned in D, made of Blackwood and can play 2 octaves for low to high D. 3 Nickle Keys to provide the extra notes of C Nat, F Nat and G#. 2 Reeds are included.
you may recognize the sound from "Hymn to the sea" in the infamous movie "Titanic"
There are 3 Drones for Bass, Baritone and Tenor which play in the key of D. There are also three regulators, Tenor Regulator provides the notes of
C, B, A, G F#, The Bass Regulator providing the notes of
C, B, A, G and The Baritone Regulator providing the notes of
A, G, F#, D
The Main-stock is made of Mopane wood (can be colored black to match the look) with a drone stop key. There are nickle mounts on the drones, regulators, chanter and main-stock.
It is housed in an Airtight Synthetic Pipe Bag with a black bag cover (can also be ordered in white to match the look of the bellows)
The Pipes come in with a soft-case with 2 Reeds for the chanter and 3 for the regulators (Drone Reeds not included)
