This auction only ships to the USA.
Why? It contains kangaroo leather,
an item regulated by international law. USA compliance with these agreements requires that all items containing kangaroo products must be inspected by U.S. Fish & Wildlife whenever shipped into or out of the USA. The fee inspection/paperwork is very expensive. This item is really too small to justify this expense, so I am not offering it for International shipment.

This lot includes one Unicorn Woman Basic Arabian Costume Kit in Traditional-sized (1/9” scale). Item is new in package from the Unicorn Woman.
This kit, when completed, will provide a costume ready for showing in Model Horse Costume Classes. This kit is designed to be LSQ, but customer skill and care in construction WILL affect results.
Kit is designed for Traditional Sized Breyers/Peter Stones.
This kit requires the use of a craft knife and small parts.  It is
NOT
designed for children.  It is designed for the Model Horse Hobby use or display.

I ship almost exclusively through the United States Post Office.
I use recycled materials when it is safe to do so. This keeps my base costs down so that I can list items at a lower listing price. In other words, the auction price already reflects the discount of using any recycled materials. As stated above, if you bid, you agreed to this recycled materials policy and to the full shipping charges stated in this auction.

If you pay early in the week, I can usually ship in 1-2 days.  If you wait until Thursday or Friday to pay, items are shipped on Monday.  I do not ship on the weekend.
I try to ship promptly. However, be aware that I am a stay-at-home mom and my family is dealing with a few medical issues at the moment. Delays may occur. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.
