nickel or chrome plated pot metal
/spelter with a sparkly
high gloss silver finish
. Horse has a
beautiful face
and is a
heavy
nice quality
piece typical of
Dodge Inc
.
and sculptor
Gladys Brown Edwards

under the belly.
Good/fair condition
but has some
condition issues with long streaks in the finish
on the horse and the base. (see photos). I don’t know what caused them or if they can be removed.
The base also has a rough place in front of the right hind hoof like a group of tiny dots and a few places where it may have had a sticker attached.
Original
wood trophy base is missing
, and green felt dots were added under the base to protect furniture.
Other than that, t
ypical
age related wear & discoloration with typical mold flaws & seams.
Condition is reflected in the price, and he still displays nicely, warts and all.
No chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs.
If flaws exist in my items, I do my best to show or describe them.
