Tech Note: Common problem 1992 - 2014 Ford Econoline series vans common problem, door won't function properly, This is caused by door latch or handle cables being broken. MotorKing chooses metal ends instead OE plastic, also using upgraded heavy duty cable tubing's.
Dealers do not offer cable separately, it's only available in complete expensive latches or handle assemblies, those plastic cable ends will eventually break again!
