Description
Bagpipes are a class of musical instrument, aerophones, using enclosed
reeds fed from a constant reservoir of air in the form of a bag .
Bagpipe consists of two or more single- or double-reed pipes being set
in motion by wind fed by arm pressure on rubberized-cloth bag. The pipes
are held in wooden sockets stocks tied into the bag, which is inflated
either by the mouth through a blowpipe with a leather non return valve
or by bellows strapped to the body. Melodies are played on the finger
holes of the melody pipe, or chanter, while the remaining pipes, or
drones, sound single notes tuned against the chanter by means of
extendable joints. The sound is continuous; to articulate the melody.
It is made of long lasting ebonite material , rubber bladder, check
fabric and packed in a velvet lined hard box. It is fully tested and
approved by our technicians ,hence the instrument is a very well new
piece and well conditions . It comes with a hard case box .
