    Hello everyone,
    This is brand new Tesla Model S or Model X
    low profile
    jack pad from CZ Industries INC. Crafted out of 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum to precise tolerances and incredible finish.
    Locating shank has a silicone O-ring to retain it in place. We also machined a custom washer from white
    Delrin® Acetal that will protect your ride from metal on metal contact.
    Groove in the base provides grip for easy removal.
    All materials are purchased in USA and are produced in the USA. We machine and assemble everything in our facility.

    Damaged Item, Wrong Item Issues
    If you received a damaged or broken item, please email us immediately so that we can help you to get a new item at once. Customers are required to send a email with the nature of the problem, and we will contact you within 24-48 hours. If you can please send a digital picture of the item.
    Lost / Damaged in transit items: Please allow 14 business days for carriers to process the claim. We will only reship when we have received confirmation of approval from carrier.
    If the customer finds that the item is an incorrect item and/or some of the parts are missing, please contact us immediately. We will be responsible for the return shipping and reshipping fee if we made the mistake.
    If the customer made a mistake and would like to return item - customer is responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges. We will return original price paid minus shipping after receipt of our item - no questions asked. Please include your receipt with our item and retain your tracking number.
