Vintage 1998 Dorothy and Toto Wizard of Oz Trevco Action figure sealed

In vintage 1998 new old stock condition, standing just under 5" tall, with some minor wear to the package (small black marks on front top cardboard and corners show age), but sealed and never opened.  Adorable Toto in a yellow basket, a bouquet of yellow flowers and of course Dorothy.
