Vintage Hardwood Shoe Factory Rack with Slat shelves 36” W x 16” D x 50” Tall rack. Great Size for Apartments. Engineered to be Extremely solid and durable. Mortise and tenon construction. It has 10” of space between shelves, and Premium heavy duty Antique industrial double wheel casters roll smoothly and will not Mar wood floors.
A Great Size for Apartments, office, utility room, kitchen, bedroom, laundry room, or to fill a small nook. This rack has been refinished and is ready to use. I have some taller racks similar to this style listed as well. Natural wood can be used as is, or stained to desired effect. Food grade finish can be applied as well for kitchen use.
They work great in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, mud rooms, or for utility rooms. Also great for store display use.
These were used primarily in east coast shoe factories prior to conveyor belt systems being used. Pairs of shoe forms were rolled from station to station for the various processes in building a shoe. Also used in Commercial Bakery and other industries.
