Vintage STARDUST CASINO Metal RACE HORSE Trophy Figurine looks like Dodge
Galloping race horse and jockey trophy
from the famous and now defunct
Stardust Casino in Las Vegas
is a beautiful and dramatic

Shiny silver finish
appears to be chrome over pot metal.
The metal trophy top
looks just like the old Dodge mold from the 1940s
, but on a 1989 base. I don’t know if this is a re-plated vintage trophy top, or if this mold was recreated in 1989. Everything seems identical to my old ones, except this horse & rider lean a little to one side as if going around a curve although nothing looks bent or damaged.
Very good condition
with minor
age related wear & discoloration and typical mold flaws & seams.
Plating is missing in a few tiny spots
on the tail and a few other places but it is not distracting (see photos).
No chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs.
If flaws exist in my items, I do my best to show or describe them.
