This is a brand new vintage Walt Disney World Countdown to Extinction dinosaur hat with Mickey Mouse on it.  This is an adult size hat that one size fits most.  These hats originally came in sleeves of 24.  Every other hat has a cardboard insert inside, so your hat may not come with cardboard inside.
