Signed Wizart '85  (bottom of robe).  I purchased an entire box of Fantasy items like this, most are marked Wizart.  F
igure seems to be handmade from a very light form of plastic resin.  Glass crystal in hand with rhinestones adornments.   Made in Canada.  Needs a good dusting.
