***** PRICE is ****** This is a package of 4 index cards autographed by hockey Hall of Famers Gordie Howe and Bernie "Boom Boom" Geoffrion plus former NHL star Mickey Redmond. Geoffrion signed two different index cards. Redmond signed just one while Howe personalized his signature with "To Mike, Best Regards, Gordon Howe." Geoffrion was the innovator of the slap shot and scored 393 career goals, playing 14 of his 16 NHL seasons (1950-64) with the Montreal Canadiens and winning six Stanley Cups. He died in 2006 at age 75. Howe was nicknamed "Mr. Hockey" and was with the Detroit Red Wings from 1946-71 before playing six seasons in the World Hockey Association and then rejoining the NHL for one more year, 1980 with the Hartford Whalers. His 801 goals, 1049 assists and 1850 points were expected never to be broken until Wayne Gretzky came along and shattered them. Howe died in 2016 at age 88. Redmond played for Montreal and Detroit from 1967-76 and scored 52 goals for the Red Wings in 1972-73 and 51 the following season. He became a broadcaster for the team after he retired from playing and is still on the air at age 72.
All of the autographs were obtained from the players when they appeared at card shows in Arizona in the 1980s and 1990s. Nice
items for some collector. *******
